Two Harris County residents are suing over claims they were injured in a collision.
Daniel Wu and Cynthia Luu filed a lawsuit Nov. 12, 2014, in Jefferson County District Court against Faulkner Trucking and Ruben Smith, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs were traveling eastbound on Interstate Highway 10 East on Feb. 2, 2014, when Smith, driving a vehicle owned by his employer, Faulkner Trucking, rear-ended their vehicle, causing injuries.
The plaintiffs seek more than $200,000 in damages. They are represented by attorneys Husein Hadi and Jamil Thomas of The Hadi Law Firm in Houston.
