A company is filing to foreclose a Port Arthur home.
AHP Capital Management, administrator of the American Homeowner Preservation Trust Series 2013C, filed an application for foreclosure Nov. 24, 2014, in Jefferson County District Court naming respondents Patrick D. Bush Jr. and Claudia O. Bush.
According to the complaint, AHP Capital Management seeks to foreclose a lien securing a home equity loan on the respondents’ property on 13th Street in Port Arthur. The complaint states more than $3,300 is required to cure the default and more than $33,700 is required to pay off the loan.
The company is represented by attorneys Elizabeth Basden, John Ivie and Michael Kelly of Basden & Ivie in Dallas.
