A Galveston County man is suing over claims he was injured in a car collision on Avenue O.
Ricardo Castillo Jr. filed a lawsuit Nov. 7 in Galveston County District Court against Diana Lisa Rivera, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Castillo was driving on Avenue O in Galveston on Aug. 16, 2013, when Rivera failed to yield right of way and struck Castillo’s vehicle. Castillo says he sustained injuries, and Rivera is accused of negligence in failing to yield right of way and driving too fast.
Castillo seeks damages including medical expenses, loss of wages, interest and costs of court. He is represented by attorney Heriberto Ramos of Heriberto Ramos & Associates in Houston.
